Commissioned by @muschealth, our latest public artwork is on permanent display at the downtown campus!

We had the pleasure of designing this visual representation of the core values demonstrated by those who receive the President’s Values in Action Award: compassion, respect, innovation, collaboration, and integrity.

@blakewelds fabricated this massive piece from rolled corten steel, translating our design (flawlessly, we might add) into three-dimensionality. Much like the Values in Action, this piece requires all the shapes to work together in order to create balance and harmony.

Thank you to @blakewelds for making our vision a reality, and to MUSC for asking us to create this meaningful piece!
